We deliver to all regions of Tunisia, including major cities and remote areas, through our trusted delivery partners.

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Fridays or holidays are processed the next working day.

📦 Order Processing

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
🧾 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Tunisia.

Please prepare the exact amount if possible to speed up the delivery process.

A valid phone number and full address are required for all COD orders.
🔄 Missed Deliveries
If the delivery agent cannot reach you:

A second delivery attempt will be made within 24–48 hours.

If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and you will be contacted.
Item Return Regulations
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Note: Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as per Tunisian law.
📦 Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Used, damaged, or incomplete products

Products returned without original packaging or invoice

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, opened food)

Customized or made-to-order items
🕒 Return Period

Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

After this period, the return request may be rejected unless the item is proven defective.

If the error is from our side (wrong or defective item): we will cover return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.

For COD orders, you’ll be asked to provide a RIB or eDinar card number for reimbursement.

- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
- Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
